Mae\u2019r adroddiad technegol yn gosod fframwaith cynhaliol am ddull WHIASU o gynllunio, datblygu, cyflwyno a gwerthuso&#8217;r hyfforddiant a meithrin gallu ar gyfer AEI dros y pum mlynedd nesaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r fframwaith yn ganlyniad 18 mis o ymchwil, datblygiad ac ymgysylltiad. Mae\u2019r ddogfen dechnegol yn manylu \u2018Fframwaith Sgiliau a Gwybodaeth ar gyfer AEI\u2019 a \u2018Llwybr Datblygu AEI\u2019 a ddatblygir yn ddiweddar ac sy\u2019n medru cynorthwyo datblygiad y gweithlu a meithrin gallu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datblygwyd y fframwaith gydag ymgysylltiad ac adborth gan ymarferwyr AEI o Gymru a thu hwnt. Yn ogystal, cynlluniwyd gyda mewnbwn gan randdeilliaid allweddol, gan gynnwys Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, Byrddau Iechyd Lleol, swyddogion cynllunio, ymarferwyr iechyd yr amgylchedd ac arbenigwyr iechyd cyhoeddus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gellir lawrlwytho\u2019r adroddiad technegol\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/phwwhocc.co.uk\/whiasu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2020\/10\/WHIASU_Training_and_Capacity_Building_Framework_for_HIA_in_Wales_2019-_2024_FINAL_TECHNICAL_DOCUMENT.pdf\"><strong>yma<\/strong><\/a>.
